In a joint discussion, you will describe to us your requirements and expectations for your bag, whether it is a bike bag or courier bag, protective bag, beach bag or tool bag. What challenges should the product fulfil? Should it be heat-resistant or water-repellent? Does it have to fulfil special standards or undergo special test stages? The more information we receive at the start of the planning process, the faster and more targeted we can proceed with development and product calculation. Once all the requirements are clear, you will receive a quotation for sampling and a timetable for prototyping.

We have a wide range of fabrics and ingredients for various requirements that are available for your initial sample. Can't find what you're looking for? Then we will continue to search and take care of your requirements until we have found the right materials for your special bag. The standard materials we use meet the requirements of the REACH regulation with regard to chemicals as well as the provisions of the German Food and Feed Code with regard to biodiversity. If further specifications are required, we will take care of providing the customized material. As sustainability is not just a buzzword for us, we use materials from German or European production wherever possible. We also always keep an eye on the economical use of resources: sometimes a centimetre in width or height can save a lot of material. We are looking forward to your challenge!

Quotation and prototype development

Quotation and prototype development

We create a CAD-based pattern based on your specifications, cut it with our cutter and sample it in our sewing in Bielefeld. During development, we are guided by your wishes and take into account production-optimized aspects such as the smallest possible packaging and shipping volume. We document the prototype production in detail so that we can provide you with detailed answers and suggested solutions in the event of queries or changes. At the same time, we request the product in the desired quantity from our various production plants so that we can provide you with a concrete quotation.

Then order your bag series from us and we will manufacture them in selected partner companies in Germany, Europe or Asia, depending on the quantity, target price and requirements. Have all threads been cut and all seams sewn correctly? During the manufacturing processes in production, all our production facilities carry out inline inspections to ensure the desired quality. In principle, the bags are subjected to a thorough quality inspection in each of our production facilities before packaging.
